Stay in this unique Treetop River Cabin on the banks of the Guadalupe River -- great for families with kids. This charming tree house with riverfront access will capture the hearts of all ages with spacious decks wrapped around a huge cypress tree, riverfront access and incredible views of the hill country. The perfect getaway for outdoor sports and family adventures! Rent all four of our cabins for large groups of up to 24 guests! Two bedroom, 1.5 bath and full kitchen which opens to living and dining area designed for up to six people. The primary bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, ac/heat unit and closet. The upstairs sleeping loft has a queen bed and two extra long twin beds. Each cabin includes shared kayaks, a canoe and two firepits. You have your own BBQ grill. There are enough fish in the river for everyone to catch one!

We had so much fun. Three families came together to enjoy the river. It was perfect for our group. Each family had a separate cabin, yet we could all be together. No stress! The kids were always occupied and there was no complaining. It was very convenient to have the river and all the recreational water vessels available. Melanie was an attentive host.
We had a wonderful time at the cabin, the cabin had all the amenities and comforts you would need and then some, felt like home! Melanie was an excellent host and was very easy to communicate with and quickly responsive to our needs. I was pleasantly pleased with our stay and look forward a return trip to try and utilize all the outdoor amenities and beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much, The Rowes.
The location was lovely, and the owner, Melanie, was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed floating and relaxing as well as taking the kayaks out. Also has the option of renting multiple cabins for bigger events. We enjoyed our last trip out of town before the kids start back at school, and we plan to come again for a visit in the future!
We stayed here for a long relaxing bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect spot! We loved the treehouse and found the whole experience wonderful. Definitely recommend!
This was a fabulous place ….. cute, clean and right on the river with a lot of great amenities!! Melanie was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and will be rebooking for a future visit.

Nestled in the trees off of a quiet street off of Hwy 27 with plenty of privacy and parking for guests. Only nine miles from Comfort, 10 miles from Kerrville and 30 miles from Fredericksburg. Center Point has great dining at Zanzenberg Tavern, Toucan Jim's Palapa Bar or Los Dos Amigos. It also has a boutique grocery store, Central Provisions, which carries wine and local meats.
Free parking. Private street. Easy access to highway.

I grew up exploring the rivers in Texas and have lived on the San Marcos, Blanco, and Guadalupe. I feel privileged to share my love of the outdoors, water sports, small towns, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and gathering with family and friends around the bonfire on the banks of a river.
