Very Nice and clean Old Family Home! Well kept lawn and patio area where we enjoyed our afternoons. Kitchen is stocked with every appliance and utensils you’ll need. Bedrooms were clean and clutter free. Mattresses had covers on them under the sheets from cleanliness. The Neighborhood Playground just around the block was a bonus discovery. Other residents were friendly and often waved as we rode our bikes around. And to top things off, we were greeted with a fresh homemade loaf of breakfast bread.

I hosted a graduation dinner for my son here. We fell in love with the place as soon as we walked through the door. This place is beautiful beautiful beautiful. Each room was so clean, beautiful, and had a great feel. The space was more than large enough. The pictures are beautiful, but wait until you actually walk inside. I would definitely book this property again. I would highly recommend this property, it’s fabulous!!!

Wow, what a beautiful home, with spacious rooms, and character. I reserved this for my daughter’s wedding weekend, and to have a lovely place for the girls in her bridal party to get ready. They loved it! Host was wonderful communicating with me and even adjusted check out time to accommodate our wedding day schedule. I would highly recommend staying here. I’m hoping we will be able to stay again anytime we are in Huntsville.

We had a great stay at the Retreat on Royal Oaks. Everything from check in to checkout was easy and seamless and Rosi’s expectations for checkout were clear and reasonable. The house is amazing and has so much room. It is a well maintained older house and beautifully furnished. The living room is incredibly spacious and can accommodate multiple different activities so everyone can be together. We appreciated the blueberry bread on check in as well. We would definitely stay again and had a memorable stay.

This was my first time booking an Airbnb and it was a great experience. Rosi was very friendly and responsive whenever I had questions. The house itself was very spacious, even more than what I was looking expecting from the pictures. Really great for entertaining along with the pool/ping pong table which was a huge hit. Beds were comfortable and all amenities worked as described. Great overall experience, highly recommend if looking for a place in this area.
