We booked Craig’s home for a family vacation and fell in love with Eleuthera Island. The home is perfect for a large group and Samantha, the local home host, was phenomenal. Zion is in Central Eleuthera which made it convenient to explore sites on both the north and south ends of the Island. Honestly, the island and sites are beautiful, but Zion is so gorgeous and private we were content just staying there and exploring. We were on paddle boards and kayaks every day just exploring the small islands and wildlife behind the home. We saw turtles, sting rays, even a small baby shark. The water is completely clear and not more than 2-3ft all the way out to the small island behind the home. It was magical. Recommendations - get in touch with Samantha, the house host, sooner than later. She is a wealth of knowledge and will help you with planning. Get drinks from CocoJo Bahamas. Zion was an incredible place to stay with our friends and kids. The steps right into the sound were perfect, we saw sea turtles every day, we could walk to little islands and explore them with the kids. The house was comfortable, well appointed, and quite beautiful. It was a great trip!

can't say enough good things about this place. very private and comfortable. perfect for a big group of friends, or a couple family's with kids to just escape and get away.

Tranquility at its best! What a ruggedly beautiful island Eleuthera is! Zion was spectacular in its location and lived up to the hype. We swam daily with turtles and stingrays, found starfish and giant conch, and could walk to a little island right in the middle of the lagoon. To balance out the tranquility we had some serious volleyball matches on the court by house! The house is perfect for a large group, and there is plenty of space for privacy when you need it. 4 small bedrooms and bathrooms on one wing, and a master and secondary bedroom each with baths in the other. Gigantic kitchen and playroom fully equipped with everything. We had Chef Devaughn in three times to cook and he was amazing! there are a few markets and liquor stores to shop within 20 minutes drive as well. We had a few hiccups with power going out ( no light or water) and the generator not working, but Samantha and Craig were on it immediately and very responsive. Overall, a 5 star trip!
