Iryna was proactive when we checked in and told us about a minor issue in our room and that they were moving us to different rooms. We appreciated that they thought of this ahead of time making our stay much more pleasant.

Family room had plenty of space and the host cooperated well with me as i had to change dates which she didnt have to do. Would stay again
