Matt is a total pro. You can tell how much care and thought he puts into his home. The upkeep is outstanding; his attention to detail is noticeable and we felt right at home. The home was beautiful with a great view, TVs everywhere (even by the hot tub outside!) and felt extremely comfortable. Loved the fireplace and comfy furniture—kept us toasty warm. And radiant floor heating! Perfect for winters. Beautiful architecture. Kitchen was fully stocked. Even had a desk in a great location to be with the family while getting some things done. Washer/dryer we excellent and the place was spotless. Seriously. We would highly recommend both this property and any other he owns, as Matt made the stay even better with his attention to us and help wherever we needed it. House manual, exiting instructions, everything is easy to find and not at all overwhelming. Don’t hesitate—click on book it! We can’t say enough about the home and host.

Matt was very communicative with us when booking and asking questions about the sugarloaf summit. Went above and beyond . Would definitely book with him in the future .
