房间是新装修的，位于一个很安静的区域，出行很方便

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Καλαίσθητη διακόσμηση. Εύκολη πρόσβαση. Δεν μας δυσκόλεψε το πάρκινγκ. Υστερούσε πολύ στην καθαριότητα. Δεν υπήρχαν βασικές προμήθειες, όπως δεύτερο χαρτί υγείας για 3 άτομα και 2 διανυκτερεύσεις. Παρά πολύ στενά μονά κρεβάτια στο δεύτερο δωμάτιο το οποίο δεν έχει παράθυρο. Γενικά φαίνεται ότι έχει γίνει η επένδυση να παρέχουν έναν ευχάριστο χώρο αλλά η κακή συντήρηση μειώνει αρκετά το τελικό αποτέλεσμα.

Unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, I found the apartment in a bad state. It was so dirty that I had to arrange for a cleaner immediately. This was not the welcome I was expecting. The parking situation was equally frustrating. Despite being told by the host that I could park anywhere, I found notes on my car twice from other occupants, indicating that parking is not guaranteed or clearly managed. The property itself is disappointing and does not live up to the pictures shown online. The balcony, for instance, was covered in dust. I had to wipe down the table and chairs and wash the floor just to make it usable. Noise was another major issue. Contrary to what other guests have stated, the apartment is not quiet. Almost every morning, there was a lot of noise from nearby construction work. At night, the neighbors frequently argued and I could hear furniture being dragged across the floor. Overall, a bit disappointed.

Great location, great apartment. The fact that lies on the north/back side of the building was ideal - quiet and cool.

Great flat in a fantastic location. Walkable to Central Glyfada, nice and airy and clean. Will definitely stay there again in the future!
