Our first airbnb experience and we can't say enough about how wonderful the home and hosts were! Very responsive to help us through the process, clearly detailed photos and instructions, and a beautifully furnished home with lots of thoughtful touches, and extras such as a box of chocolates for the kids. The house is in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach and just around the corner to public transportation. Overall wonderful experience!

We have loved our stay! The place was squeaky clean with nice sheets and superbly clean and organised kitchen. The location was close to the beach with 5 mins to the beach. Also great host with great communication. The only thing is we would have preferred queen beds over double beds in both rooms. There is a sofa in the living room which can be utilised. The backyard was lovely and well maintained.

Our stay at the Monterey coastal family home was amazing. The house itself had to be the best stocked house in our experience with some thoughtful inclusions. Communication by the host and co-hosts were exceptional, timely and clear. The neighbourhood is quiet and family-oriented. The house is just a walking distance from Brighton Le- Sands and Ramsgate beaches which are both beautiful locations with great dine out options. We will not hesitate in going back for a stay at this place.

Then location was 15minutes from the airport PERFECT The place was very clean, quite neighborhood and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. PERFECT The beach was less than 5 minutes from the house. PERFECT We plan on returning next year and will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend staying based on our experience.
