Lovely hotel; basic but clean and simple and very close to the Firenze main station. The staff at checkout were nice too. My only issue was that I was asked to pay a 6euro per person per night city tax upon check in (I was sure I paid via airbnb so asked to pay at the end of the stay instead). I checked, and was right that I had already paid. When I went back to the receptionist, she explained that airbnb's tax is 5.50euros, and theirs is 6euros (I later checked and this is because they are actually a 3 star hotel), so was asked to pay the difference. It was 2euros, so I paid it, but they need to make it clearer on their airbnb listing that you are expected to pay the difference, or they need to accept the airbnb tax rate (given they chose to list on airbnb) and make up the shortfall themselves.

Super small room. felt like I'm back in HK. Can barely lay my suitcase out. The wall does not block sound so I can literally hear my neighbors speaking. They provide luggage storage but your luggage will be placed in an open area not a locked luggage room, when I ask the reception whether it will be safe he said not sure. Was very clean tho.

Saimir was so helpful as I had to make a last minute booking, and was even gracious enough to allow me early check in. The place was as advertised and well-located just a few minutes walk from both the train station and the major sites of the city. Highly recommend

Alles bestens. Direkt in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Abgeschlossener kostenloser Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft.

Perfect stay for one night before I left super early at Santa Maria Novella station. I had everything I needed and more and slept comfortably. They allowed me an early check in which was kind. I only took one star off because it was fairly noisy from the front desk area which was close to where my room was. This was only slightly disruptive during the day when I tried to rest and was tired, but it was totally quiet at night.
