I celebrated my 40th birthday at Waco and me and my husband wanted to stay at a place where our two boys would have an unforgettable experience. Billy’s place did not disappoint! My boys played with their legos in the living area upstairs, they sleep in the second floor and they didn’t want to go back home. As far as me and my husband we slept so good and had a great time at the balcony area. Besides, our favorite place in Waco was 5 minute drive distance. We would definitely stay here again!

In town for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well furnished and adorable tiny home. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Owners were friendly and responsive. Enjoyed sitting under the stars on the porch at night! We would definitely stay here again.

A real nice place to stay, comfortable and quiet. The farm where the house is, is nice, the open fields and cows. Just down the street is a market place with a few stores and restaurants, its very nice place to visit and eat. I ran into Billy while we were there for the eclipse, Hès very nice and made sure everything was all right. I would stay there again for sure. And its only 15-20 minutes to Magnolias store for those who are interested.

Mold in the upstairs, lots of dead bugs where it had not been cleaned. Asked to have the freezer cleaned out so I could use it to freeze medicine and it did not happen.

I loved everything about my stay at the container house. It was absolutely darling inside & out. The location was easy to find, it was peaceful and quiet. I will definitely be back! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
