Welcome to Orangeville and to my lovely basement suite! Conveniently located walking distance to Island Lake Conservation Area (1 km) and downtown Orangeville (2 km) shopping, dining, business. Tons of hiking & outdoor adventures close by: Hockley Valley is 10 minutes away, Mono Cliffs Provincial Park, Monora Park...all just 5-10 minutes away. Headwaters Hospital is a 5-minute walk (perfect for doctors & pharmacists doing rotations), and the Ontario Fire Academy is a 5-minute drive. Beautiful modern suite features a queen bed, sectional sofa bed, 55" smart TV with Netflix, lovely large ensuite bathroom w/laundry, a small dining table, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee bar.

Another great stay at Sheila's place. This was our second stay, and we'll hopefully be back again. Lovely furnished basement with all amenities. Cozy.
I highly recommend Sheila's place it was very clean and super comfortable. the bed was by far the best bed I have ever slept in while away. if you are looking to stay in Orangeville you will not be disseminated with Sheilas place
Very comfortable. Loved the coffee bar with other appliances so we could make breakfast. Close to awesome walking trails

We didn’t get to meet Sheila but her cohosts Ryan and Jasmine were super friendly and inviting and were always around to answer questions. They were also a wealth of information regarding local hiking and restaurants. There was also a small welcome sign with our names which was a nice personal touch. The living area and bathroom are both spacious and clean, just as shown in the photos. The room had a fridge , microwave , coffee maker and tv. Lots of sitting space and the sheets are very warm. Overall we enjoyed our time and would definitely book again !

This is a great neighborhood, great location close and walkable to downtown and very close to Island Lake conservation area.
• Summer: Please park on the street. Overnight street parking is allowed from Apr. 1st-Nov. 30th and is free.
• Overnight street parking is NOT allowed from Dec. 1st-March 31st. There is parking for one vehicle in my driveway during this time. Please park on the right side of the driveway (see photo) and do not block access to the garage.
