Welcome to our cosy flat 'Allegria 1978' in Saas in Praettigau. The retro alpine interiors match the year the house was built in 1978. After coming to the area Kloster/Davos since we were small children we believe that you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. The alpine and cross country skiing, ice skating and sledging in the Klosters/Davos mountains are exceptional. In the summer you can choose from hiking, biking, swimming or take a mountain scooter from Madrisa directly into Saas! From the large, comfortable living room with mountain view you have access to the sunny balcony. The dining kitchen is very modern and offers plenty of seating space. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cmx200cm) and one with two single beds and mountain view. Our bathroom is equipped with a double sink, plenty of storage space, shower and toilet. In the entrance area of the communal staircase there is a rack for ski boots and a ski room. We have one parking space in the garage. For additional vehicles, the public car park at the village shop (Volg) offers long-term parking (approx. 40.- SFr. /week).

Susanne war super nett und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen, man ist sofort in Urlaubsstimmung. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Wir haben tolle Ferien in Saas verbringen können. Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Klettern in der Umgebung (mit Auto). Kommen gerne wieder. Danke!
Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und war flexibel für individuelle Wünsche. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Leider wenig Platz für Vorratsaufbewahrung. Sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk fanden wir vor. Wir bekamen ausführliche und nützliche Tipps in Form einer Gästeinformations-Broschüre. Sauberkeit liess aber leider zu wünschen übrig ( schmutzige Teppiche, staubige Möbel. Fleckige weisse Frotte-Tücher. Teppiche sind in den Schlafzimmern, was nicht sehr hygienisch ist, wenn Haustiere erlaubt sind und die Wohnung von vielen verschiedenen Leuten benutzt wird. Sonniger Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge und die umliegende Landschaft. Schöner Erholungsort.
Das Allegria 1978 hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Von der Buchung zu der Übergabe bei Ankunft bis zu der Abgabe. Susanne hat meine Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet und wir fühlten uns bei Ihr gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Sofa ist so bequem, dass man nach einem Skitag gut entspannen kann. Saas ist sehr gut schön. Die Skigebiete mit den Skischulen sind gut erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Evtl. Im Sommer schon um die schöne Gegend zu Fuss zu erkunden.

Saas is a picturesque, quiet village, 10 minutes by train from Klosters. There is a small but very well stocked supermarket and a restaurant.
In Klosters you will find a larger supermarket, cafés, many restaurants and shopping facilities. In winter there is an ice rink and in summer a lido.
Saas is small and you can get anywhere within a 10 minute walk (bus stop, shop, restaurant, train station). One garage car park space is available at the flat. There are payable car park spaces by Volg (the shop).
There is a train from Saas to Klosters Platz that brings you directly to the Gondola station to access the Gotschna/Parsenn skiing area. There are two buses an hour from Saas to Klosters Dorf (Madrisa Gondola) to access the sunny and family friendly Madrisa skiing mountain. There are car parks at both Gotschna/Parsenn and Madrisa gondola stations. You need to arrive early for these.
