Alan & Di's air BnB is in a magical spot. The cottage was lovely and the river location was out of this world, so peaceful - just the sound of the flowing river and birdsong! Amazing! The treehouse is stunning and the little Romany cabin so cosy. Alan and Di are wonderful hosts. We would love to stay there again some time.

This beautiful place tucked away from in it all, was just what we and the dogs needed this week, we stayed for three nights and found it a wonderful home from home, with lovely walks nearby, and a big beautiful garden with its own private stretch of river. Alan and Do couldn’t have been more welcoming and the lovely little essentials left for us were such a kind gesture, to arrive after a long journey to milk, butter, eggs, bread and so on, is always so welcome! We would love to come back one day, if only to see those wonderful surroundings in the height of summer.. this place is rest, relaxation and recalibration all roles into one.

An early season weekend break, beautiful situation, neat and well equipped cottage and the riverside was something else! Interesting walks and places to visit close by, exhausted us and two dogs.

This was such a great little gem hidden in the woods. A tiny well equipped home that had so many fun quirks. The stable door from the bathroom to the garden made you feel like you had gone into Narnia! The huge garden space to explore and really was so private. After exploring the tree house, the river, gypsy caravan and the swing (all on the property) we ventured through miles of beautiful woodland. Really can’t recommend this property highly enough. Great for explorers with a love for quirky and different. The petite well equipped kitchen even allowed for us to cook a Sunday roast with all the trimmings. Perfect to end a break in a magical little setting.
