Phenomenal view and well furnished, as pictured. Kalkan a short drive away and Kas and Patara less than 30 mins away - you definitely want a car for this one or it’ll be too far from things. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Some minor hiccups need to be ironed out as the listing still seems new - eg we had to request detergent for laundry, no toiletries are provided which is surprising with this kind of listing, the doors to one of the bedrooms wouldn’t shut fully, water pressure was very weak for most of the toilets. Regardless, well worth the price we paid and we had a great stay. We had some trouble finding the villa and got lost a second time due to google maps errors, Apple Maps would have not mislead us

Evin manzarası gerçekten güzel, aştık tepede değil, arabayla 3-4 dakikalık mesafede marketler var, Kalkan merkeze arabayla 7-8 dakika, Kaş’a yarım saat. Evin sadece bir odası karanlıkta kalıyor havuz katında olan ama zaten genelde bahçede vakit geçirdik biz, her odada ayrı banyo tuvalet var. Keyifliydi, tavsiye ederim.

Uzun süredir bu kadar güzel bir evde kalmamıştım. Manzarası, bahçesi, havuzun konumu gibi her şeyin fotoğraflarda görünenden daha güzel olması aklımızı yerinden oynattı diyebilirim. 6 kişi için idealin üstünde şık ve konforlu bir evdi. Her şeyin kullanımı ve düzeni çok kolaydı hiç bir zorluk yaşamadım, sadece evin ve tadını çıkarmakla meşguldük. Tekrar bu bölgeye tatile gelirsem kesinlikle yine bu evi tercih ederim.

The Villa is beautiful! Private and peaceful, with a lovely hotel restaurant and 2 mini supermarkets within a 5 minute walk (steep hill). The pool and view were both spectacular. We’ve already decided to go back again. Fatih could not have been more helpful as we needed an extra day to what was available, they arranged another villa for us for the one night.
