Miss Wivina is very responsive and accommodating. She goes above and beyond to make sure that her guests are comfortable and that all of their needs (with regard to her place) are met with ease and quality. It’s easy to talk to her about requests (as long as they abide by the building’s policies) and she will make sure that she will grant it to the best that she can. 10/10 excellent stay. If we ever have an errand again here in Manila, I just hope that her place won’t be booked by then because we would love to stay at her place again.

Ma'am Wivina was so responsive to all my queries. My friend accidentally broke one of her wine glasses, and when I informed her about it, she just told me that it was okay, which I really appreciate. There is a grocery store on the ground floor and nearby restaurants or fast foods. The amenities are also a plus wherein the security guards would really check if you're a resident or not. Overall, our stay in Ma'am Wivina's place is superb. She's really a great host. If given the chance to be back in QC area, I would definitely book this place again. :)

The location is good, place is nice, responsive. Except for some things like missing iron, and slow internet. Hope she address the internet issue.

We cant use the internet even if it was on, keep reminding us "wifi disconnected".; there were coackroaches,no towel no tissue or soap,limited cooking utensils only (rice cooker takore &1pc kaldero & sandok).hope they improve it
