Located in Sydney's Potts Point only moments to restaurants, bars and the nightlife of Kings Cross and 2 minutes from the station. City fringe living at its best. All this but situated in a quiet leafy street. This Victorian terrace has lots of character and 5 bedrooms over 3 levels. Ideal for large families or groups. However, many stairs lead up to the bedrooms, so not suitable for inquisitive toddlers or elderly or physically impaired people. Main bedroom is very large and opens up to a balcony. Three other bedrooms have doubles beds and also good size. One other bedroom has a single bed. Comfortably sleeps 9 people.

Great location and house
Fantastic location for getting into the city - we could walk or train. Amazing local restaurants and coffee.
Great location Great patio out the back Plenty of space for 9 adults. Kitchen was well equipped
Fantastic location and home in the middle of everything! Valerie was so kind and nice to us - met us at check in and also gave us pointers around the neighborhood. Really felt like we were at home, and would very much stay here again when coming back to Sydney.

Potts Point is situated to the east of Sydney CBD. Quite an eclectic and boho area, once on the fringe of Sydney's red light district but now more gentrified with hints of the past.
There are cafes, bars and restaurants literally seconds away.
Quieter street (although still busy) and 30 metres to the station.
You can literally walk everywhere or there is public transport steps away.
Plenty of public transport at your doorstep.
The closest railway station is Kings Cross which is only 1 stop from Martin Place and the centre of Sydney.
From the airport, it is 14 minutes by train every 5 minutes and approx $18-21 pp or 13 minutes by taxi and approx. $35-$50.

We don't use our city house very much and have decided to share it with others. We are semi-retired and empty nesters and like to travel both in Australia and overseas. We are lucky to have such a lovely well located home in Potts Point, it's so close to everything and its quite big for a large family or two. We hope you have an enjoyable time.
