Comfortable villa with mod cons close to the Broadwater (1.2k's), public transport & shopping (Aldi & take away food & liquor 250 meters away) . The 5 person spa is new with powerful jets in a tranquil backyard setting with BBQ available. Cosy room with a very comfortable queen bed with smart hub. The home has voice operated smart lighting with 2 large TV’s in the downstairs area with Disney & paramount plus subscriptions.
