We stayed overnight at the house with friends. Jacob was very welcoming, provided all the instructions, and responded very quickly. The house was ready for our arrival, very cozy, and we enjoyed everything! Highly recommended! Especially for a large group. 👍🏻

You definitely get what you paid for. But there are no mirrors in the house besides the bathroom which is inconvenient when a group is trying to get ready. There are no rugs for the bathrooms so when showering we had to use the towels that were available to step on after the shower, which we would prefer not to have to do so. The beds are comfy, there’s enough hot water for a big group to get ready. Parking is easy. The host is super nice and responsive. But if they were to add a few nice touches to the place to make it more “livable and functional” it would have been a better experience. The area is also somewhat interesting to use a nice term but if you don’t care about the area then disregard this comment.

The house was very clean, the listing was accurate, and Jacob was a fantastic host! I had mentioned we would be staying for a bachelorette and he went above and beyond to set out some cute decorations for the bride and her crew. So thoughtful! It was a great spot for a large group- lots of options for space to either spread out, find your own quiet spot, or gather together.
