The fireplace is decorative for looks only - it does not operate nor function correctly and is never to be used. Pets might be allowed on a case by case basis and a higher rate and/or additional cleaning fees will be required due to more deep cleaning needed. This needs to be agreed upon before booking and only agreed upon pets are allowed. Pets need to either be inside a crate inside the home/garage/Florida room or in the fenced backyard at all times when at the property. There is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property or premises whether inside or out - no cigarettes, no cigars, no vaping, no weed, absolutely nothing. There is absolutely no illegal drug use allowed anywhere on the property or premises. Please note: There will be a non negotiable minimum $1500 cleaning fee added on for any smoking or drug use on the premises for any reason during your stay and/or any pets not disclosed and/or agreed upon before booking and abiding by pet rules - and guest is 100% responsible for their pets, behavior, actions, and any damage caused. ***
