The location is near the main shopping center in Melbourne. Lots of food around. The place is clean and comfortable. We have a great time here.

A gorgeous flat right in the centre of the CBD. Was just as gorgeous as the photos and Peter was very helpful when contacted. The place was spotless and had all the amenities required. Really enjoyed our stay!

Nothing can beat the location of this place. it is right in the center with all the best food around. However we have problems with checkin as you need to walk to another location to get the house key and to return the house key. It was raining lots during our stay, so it is very hard and tiring to make the arrangement. In addition the guard in the building is not friendly as he doesn’t allow us to wait inside the building with our luggage while waiting for our taxi. It was super rainy and windy so I found it very upsetting.
