Charming barn conversion with lots of ranch and horse decorations! Beautiful location with easy access to the Black Hills and Rapid City. Our 6 kids loved the space and there was plenty of room. I didn't notice in the images, but the bedrooms are open at the top (like stalls) so any noise or light would be problematic with young kids who may nap or go to bed earlier than adults. Bathrooms are like summer camp: with multiple toilet and shower stalls. No dishwasher which isn't a big deal, just plan for the handwashing. The property would benefit from a deep clean and a cat as there were two poisoned mice smelling up the laundry room upon our arrival and we could hear other mice at night. Had a difficult time getting a response from the owner-- took 2 days to respond but he was apologetic and offered a small compensation.

A piece of heaven! Beautifully decorated ranch style ! Comfy beds , clean , described exactly how it was! Great communication! This place is the one! The sunrises and sunsets and sitting under the stars by the fire! Had everything ya could think of to make your stay amazing !!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

This place is worth every penny!! Don’t think twice, book now!! The house is massive and has everything you could ever need. The location is absolutely prime. But most importantly, the serenity and views can’t be beat.
