We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Everything on the website is accurate or even nicer! The house is immaculate and looks brand new. We felt like we were the first to rent there; it was so pristine. We were able to go for dinner in Sag Harbor and East Hampton, and they were both within 10-15 minutes of a drive. The house is bright, the attention to detail is lovely, and there is the cutest little deck and fire pit with two chairs if you want to sit outside. The beds were comfy, the water was hot, and there was a fully stocked kitchen if we wanted to use it. Carol was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend it and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This Cottage is a great a great find in the middle of the Hamptons. The two bedrooms and bathroom are pristine and the amenities on the property make it a fun place to hang out. While we visited in the fall and it was too cold out, the deck and fire pit look like fun places to be in the warmer months. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need to do any meal you want. Carol was very attentive, right after booking she reached out if we needed any accommodations and followed up quickly with any questions I had. The location is also pretty central, only a few minutes away from Sag Harbor with ton of restaurants and stores. You are also pretty close to very good vineyards and the other Hamptons villages.

Very cute cottage--nicely appointed and decorated. We liked the wooded location near pond trails and convenient to Sag Main Street. Helpful hosts.

Sag Harbor was an outstanding cottage retreat with incredible high end amenities. This cozy cottage also includes “dive-in” soft linens in both bedrooms making it difficult to get out of the bed in the morning! With the peaceful surroundings and the lovely historic charm of Sag Harbor this makes the perfect five star getaway.
