Beautiful house by the river with redwoods. The house is spacious and it’s wonderful listening to Mother Nature. There’s a small hike to the river if you follow the railroad and turn right before the bridge. Dehran and his team were quick with responses, and arrived promptly when we almost got locked out of the house. A couple of items that would be nice to know beforehand: 1) The local roads lack a bit of maintenance so it can be a bumpy ride. We also arrived at night (owner recommended arriving early) and it was quite a scary ride at night. Definitely recommend arriving before the sun sets. 2) The water is a bit murky in the kitchen and bathroom. Should use the water purifier in the kitchen sink. 3) The third bedroom is downstairs by itself. 4) There were a lot of bees in front of the main entrance and we were informed the morning of check in. There were many dead bees and a few actually entered the third bedroom. As such, we weren’t able to use the third bedroom.

We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, dining and living rooms. The master bedroom had a beautiful view and the second bedroom had a good view also. The third bedroom was downstairs and functional. The spaces were quite well setup for relaxation. There was a really big screen tv and it streamed several services. Lots of fun. The location was off the beaten track and road access was fairly good but narrow at the end.The house is close to the redwoods -very beautiful - and the yard has trees that are currently blooming.

What a magical weekend! Dehran’s place was a wonderful find. Literally off the beaten path, the house was spacious, yet cozy. The views are spectacular and while the home is quite secluded, there’s Much to do and see within a (relatively) short drive. We especially appreciated the large, open kitchen and dining area, as we enjoyed a home cooked family meal upon arrival, after our long and picturesque journey from the Bay Area. Definitely recommend this space to others and looking forward to coming back with my parents later in the year! Thanks Dehran!

The view here is undeniable. We had a wonderful overnight stay out in the woods enjoying the stars and the river. Great little adventure home.

Definitely pros and cons to this place! Dehran accepted our last- minute booking quickly and accommodated our overnight stay. The drive to the home is not for the faint of heart at night- highly recommend arriving before it gets dark. 3rd bedroom is usable but we did not feel comfortable having anyone sleep downstairs out of the main part of the house, so the kids slept on the couch. The home is spacious and beautiful, with a beautiful deck and surroundings, overlooking redwoods and the river. Very convenient for a trip to the Redwoods. They don’t charge a cleaning fee, so I guess it was about as clean as you could expect, but not great. The oven and microwave were both broken, which would have been really disappointing for anything longer than an overnight stay. If you’re looking for a crash pad to land, this place is for you. If you’re expecting a little more, you may want to look around.
