Thanks to this strategically located loft, you won't have to give up anything. Convenient with a tram stop that takes you to Piazza Duomo in 15 minutes, quiet with large windows that let in light. "Industry" environment in the center of Milan with all comforts: walk-in closet, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. Mezzanine sleeping area (height 180 cm) and sofa bed. Located close to all central areas and close to the Porta Romana food district. Loft with living room with double sofa bed, smart TV, open kitchen and bathroom on the floor, the whole room is lit by large windows. Sleeping area with double bed and walk-in closet with stair access to the mezzanine area (maximum height 180 cm). Air conditioning and latest generation appliances (Samsung) make the space functional and modern.

Alloggio ben curato e ben tenuto. Molto pulito e ordinato. Cucina fornita di tutti gli accessori. Zona ottimale e tranquilla a pochi passi dalla metropolitana. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Consigliato.

Central district with food district at 800 meters, convenient with public transport and also on foot to get to Piazza Duomo or visit the State University of Milan. Quick to move thanks to the bus / tram / metro all reachable either in front of the entrance or on foot in 10 minutes. It is possible to walk to the most fashionable districts for shopping or visiting the city's attractions (see guide).

Porta Romana area, to visit the shopping streets, to visit the Rotonda della Besana (1 km on foot), then visit the ossuary in the State University area. One of the oldest trattorias in Milan is located 300 meters from the house, Antica Osteria Masuelli (reservations recommended), taste a cocktail or stop and eat at the Antidoto (100 meters from the entrance).
