Very nice apartment at walking distance from the main attractions in Florence. Optimal location, close enough but still in a quiet street. Nice apartment, clean, with lot of space. For music passionates there is even an upright piano :) Very responsive host, lot of support in providing all necessary tools to handle a toddler (bed and chair). WiFi very good performance. Air conditioning very good performance, in each room.

Beware. Worst Airbnb experience in 20 years. Federico is not a friendly local, he's director of White River, a global management agency. Heat and washing machine didn’t work, kitchen pipes leaked. Agency is attentive and techs came quickly to fix problems, but six visits wasted a lot of our time. We spent two days and nights with no heat in bitter cold. “Tranquil” is a joke. Restaurant next door made noise to midnight. Entry is damp, dark and smells bad. Apt. walls are scuffed and stained. Kitchen and bathrooms had mold. Dirty curtains, and cold air blows through old windows, some of them plastic. Clean but stained blankets, shower pressure a trickle, lights flicker. Beds are little more than cots. Unreliable internet, no TV. Toilets often smelled of sewer gas. I Asked for $1,000 rebate of $4,000 fee. Agency offered $200. I refused. With two weeks, left agency offered another apartment, we declined. Too little time left for hassle of move. Stay away.

Nous avons eu un problème d’eau chaude le 1er soir mais l’hôte est venu réparer rapidement! Tous s’est bien passé! Nous avons même pu déposer nos bagages à l’avance!! Super place mais très très cher

This is a wonderful 2nd story walk-up in a very convenient location - a short walk to Piazza San Marco, San Lorenzo and many city monuments. It’s quiet, overlooking a green garden from the living room and bedroom. There are great restaurants nearby — il Vegetariano, three doors down the street, il Vezzo, and others — a grocery store nearby, and bus lines. A cozy home living situation away from the tourist bustle. Federico was a great host!

The apartment was really good located, close to everything but located in a quite area of the old part. The apartment was nice and clean though it is an old building and apartment. Though everything was in its place and functioning. Federico was very responsive and flexible to help for the checkin.
