It was absolutely amazing! A very rustic accommodation in a beautiful environment. It is glamping in super style! Very comfortable beds and bath room. Beautiful place where we had our dinner and breakfast. The chef was also amazing. Communication with Elise was very good and proactive and Olga was so kind! Definitely worth staying there. Beaches in Kosi Bay are stunning!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Forest Hideaway. It is a basic, but super comfortable spot set under a canopy of trees that provide a lovely cool outside area to chill under. A beautiful spot for relaxing, but also ideally situated close to Kosi mouth reserve gate for quick and easy access to explore and actively enjoy all this stunning area has to offer. Elise and her husband Rick were very friendly, responsive and informative hosts. We booked all of our excursions through them (Safari and Surf) and thoroughly enjoyed each experience. Their company contracts locals as guides, so we not only enjoyed these excursions, but also learnt a lot about the area and some of its local culture and customs. I highly recommend this place and would love to go back sometime soon.

Forest Hideaway is like a peace of heaven in the bush. It's the perfect spot to explore the Kosi Mouth and surrounding areas from. Elise and Rick are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They assisted us in getting our vehicle to the chalet and were quick to respond to our queries. The holiday at Forest Hideaway was a dream come true - pictures really don't do it justice. It's beautiful, peaceful, serene, clean and has all the essentials for a comfortable, yet rustic, stay. We can't wait to go back and recharge our souls at Forest Hideaway!
