Ken went above and beyond to meet our needs. We rented all 3 facilities for our family to attend our son’s wedding. Ken’s descriptions and videos led us directly to the cottages. The book gave us good information on what amenities were near by. Our only complaint would be lack of time to fully enjoy everything. This is a beautiful, peaceful area and we would love to return in the future. Thank you Ken!

Wow. Where do I begin? We rented the entire place. It was a family reunion post covid, so some of us hadn't seen each other in a while. There were 19 of us; 10 adults, 3 teens, 2 preteens, and 4 young children under 4 years. There was room for us all. The teens and preteens loved the kayaking, paddle boating. We all enjoyed swimming, the raft was awesome, and the water was warm. We have an Ironman(Woman) among us, she swam both lakes every morning, and brought her paddleboard, which we all tried, with varying degrees of success lol. The grandchildren caught and released lots of sun fish ,blue gill and perch. They played at the shore, catching cray fish and skipping stones. We enjoyed meals together on the deck, had a campfire every night....and smores.. we had so many smores!! The little ones enjoyed running down the hill, playing hide and seek, playing ball. We never left the compound except for daily morning walks. Everything you need is provided. Ken, our host, was fantastic

Great place and view. Has everything you need for a mini vacay. Just bring your clothes and food and nothing else!

We just had a fantastic time staying at the Mary Jane cottage in Brackney. We were an extended family of about 16, and the main cottage and other two units gave us plenty of room. The lake was beautiful - the water was warm and the swimming perfect. Feeding the fish off the dock became a morning ritual for us. Everything was just as advertised, and Ken was an excellent host. Just about everything we needed was there - plenty of life jackets in all sizes for the numerous kayaks and two paddle boats... Even a rack of rain coats and lots of umbrellas for rainy weather (which we had very little of thankfully). No complaints at all - it was a wonderful family vacation. We highly recommend this property.

The cottage was a perfect place for my family to stay. There was plenty of room. There were plenty of beds, bedding and towels. The beds were super comfy! There were plenty of plates, utensils, etc for our big group. There were so many amazing water toys. There was everything we could possibly need to make our stay amazing and restful. My family is already talking about returning in the future! Ken was super helpful and responsive whenever we communicated. There's nothing I would have changed about our stay. thanks so so much!!!
