We liked staying at this place! The location is amazing. It is in a city centre, and you can enjoy different places every day. The view is spectacular, especially in night. The hist has also shared a very nice guide with interesting locations and places we could visit in Tbilisi. The flat was clean with everything you need. Maybe there are just 2 things to be aware of, but I cannot say that they are bad or something. The flat is on the 5th floor, without elevator. We did not see it as a weakness, because the space between the floors is not that big. But if you have a stroller o small kids, it might be an issue. Another thing is that the flat is right under the roof and due to that and panoramic windows it gets hot there. But the flat has very good new Air Conditioning which cools down the whole place in just 1 minute. And it has timer set up, so you can already have it cooled down by your return. So we definitely liked this flat and we would fully recommend it to others!
