Secure with beautiful estate facilities, including a pool, clubhouse, tennis court, outdoor gym facilities and an array of walking , running and cycling trails. The studio unit is situated above our garage with a separate entrance from the main house. Enjoy beautiful sea views from the unit and the private balcony. The unit has a King Extra length bed, comfortable seating, a TV with Netflix, a small work space (desk and chair with WiFi), freestanding wardrobe, kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, airfryer, microwave and electric frying pan. There is also an outdoor dining area on the balcony. The bathroom has a shower. The room has a ceiling fan and sliding doors to allow for cool sea breezes. The unit includes supply of: Basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea, coffee, filtered drinking water, and basic cooking condiments and cleaning products. Bath towels are provided along with shower gel and hand wash. The following may be requested for your stay: - Use of washing machine and clothes horse, iron and cleaning items not provided in the unit - A basic grocery shop for essentials prior to arrival (billed separately) - Use of a beach umbrella and beach towels - Additional cleaning with our domesic helper (to be arranged prior to stay and to be billed separately) - Shuttle transfer (to be billed separately)
