Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed by a spacious and bright living room, where an elegant fireplace takes center stage, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This space invites relaxation on comfortable sofas, perhaps reading a book or sipping a glass of wine by the crackling fire. The two tastefully decorated master bedrooms offer rejuvenating rest, while the bedroom with two single beds is perfect for children or additional guests. The villa's two kitchens are a paradise for culinary enthusiasts: fully equipped, they allow the preparation of delicious dishes using fresh local ingredients, turning every meal into a unique culinary experience. The villa also features two bathrooms, one complete with a shower, to relax after a day spent outdoors, and a service bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for all guests. The true jewel of this property is its enchanting garden, an oasis of peace and beauty. Here, amidst the scents of olive trees and the vibrant colors of flowers, you will find tables and seating perfectly arranged for outdoor dining, creating unforgettable moments of conviviality. The house is located at the foot of the Gargano hills. The area is very quiet and you can really relax there. There is a shopping center 10 minutes by car from the house. Some appliances need to be replaced or repaired, such as the shower or rattling windows in the door, but everything in the house works. The air conditioner is only in the living room, but it was enough for us. The host is very responsive, responds very quickly and helps to solve problems. In the second week, an extra person came to stay with us for a few days and the host didn't charge extra and didn't mind. During the two-week stay, cleaning was provided twice with the change of bed linen and towels. The most beautiful place of the house is the terrace overlooking the Gargano hills, the driveway and the garden with olive trees. The host offers a 3 bedroom house, the 3rd bedroom is in another part of the house with a separate entrance. There are nice free sandy and pebble beaches in the area, most with paid parking.
Staid for a week, was a very good choice. The place has two nice rooms and a big leaving area with a corner kitchen. The bathroom is small with a small old shower, but has a big washing machine. Kitechn is perfect, old fridge but working, cooking part new big and great. Only thing missing is a kattle, for the rest is super equipped. Outdoor has a huge terrace very nice a patio that can guest a big van car as well as normal cars, garden with olive trees. There is a second out door shower very convenient and a BBQ. There is a second part of the house that provides additional space for more guests, we were 4 was perfect and silent. At the end of a public road that starts off to private roads, view of gargano hills of monte sant angelo. 10 min from Manfredonia, we're there are supermarkets like Famila and Conad. Sea is 5 - 10 minutes by car, a bus stop is close by. WiFi is available. I have iliad and has no signal in or out the house.

The villa was born in a very quiet area, away from the chaos, where there are several villas, but in a strategic position to know the beauties that the Gargano has to offer. Only a few kilometers distance it from Manfredonia, a seaside town with various possibilities of fun and from which you can sail to the Islands Tremiti, unspoiled natural paradise. Nearby is also Mattinata, Characteristic seaside town with pebble beaches and crystal clear waters. For lovers of art and history instead, not far away stands Monte Sant'Angelo, famous for the Basilica of San Michele and the Norman Swabian Angevin Castle. Near the villa there is also the Gargano Shopping Center for afternoons of leisure and shopping.
In 5 minutes by car you can reach the various beaches, the commercial center of the Gargano but also the towns of Manfredonia and Mattinata, two beautiful seaside resorts in the Gargano.
