Had a fantastic stay. The bed was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on…including mine at home! While the room description was “the tiny room”, it had plenty of space (two sitting chairs and a desk). Tons of amenities and a great price!

Gabrielle & her husband's love story came together in bringing the Lakeside Inn back to its glory. The shared space is cozy and packed with games, treats and comfy space to spend quiet or group time together. The renovation is amazing, with lots of details and great craftsmanship. The room had all we needed and even provided extra bottled water and bath robes. Loved the feeling of an early automobile roadside Inn (right on old highway 27) the proximity to all-sports Houghton Lake. Gabrielle communicated well ahead and paid attention to the purpose of our trip. She went out of her way to surprise us with a beautiful flower bouquet awaiting in the room. Great loving hosts, great location, would encourage any couples or solo travelers to try their space.
