Cozy entire unit with its own entrance, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom and private backyard. 6.4 miles to San Jose Airport. 6 miles to Downtown San Jose. It has private A/C and in-unit washer/dryer. There is no kitchen but it has refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. It's perfect for both business and leisure travel. Guest can enjoy privacy, quietness, morning coffee in room, afternoon tea under fruit tree and umbrella, dinner under patio cover with night lighting The unit has a private backyard with lawn, two fruit trees (lemon and loquat), a large outdoor umbrella with lights, outdoor lounge chairs and table for four people, evening lighting. One parking spaces is available for guest on the driveway. Alternatively, guest can park on street.

Jean’s guest suite was very cozy and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very private and quiet. The suite comes with your own private yard which was a bonus! Jean also provided us with cold water in the fridge. Overall it was a great stay and I would book again!
I really enjoyed staying at Jean’s unit. It was clean, quiet and safe. Unit’s washer dryer was very useful and everything you need for short stay is included by the host. Also liked the separate entrance and private backyard. Location is also ideal, close to 680 freeway and many good pho restaurants. Highly recommended, I would stay here again. Thank you Jean!
