Stacey’s apartment was excellent & in the perfect location in Southbank. The apartment is close to restaurants, the casino, the convention centre and an easy walk into the CBD. The apartment itself is very easy to access, clean and well appointed. The view is awesome. Awesome value for money!!!

Stacey's place is the perfect place for your stay in the city. Fully equipped with fantastic views. Close to all amenities and just a short troll across the river to the city. Freshwater Place premium residence is located in the extremely popular downtown area of Southbank. Situated along the yarra bank, it is right next door to Crown hotel, surrounded by many restaurant, bars, cafes and entertainment complex. You will be right in the middle of all the action, yet high enough to avoid the street noise to enjoy peaceful moments at home. Freshwater Place is also within 10min walk to Crown Casino, central Flinders station, CBD, Art Center, National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Recital Hall, Royal Botanical Gardens, and the infamous St. Kilda Road. There is really no better location to experience the truth colours of Melbourne!
The central Flinder Street Station is 5min walk across the river, with trams at your door step taking you to South Melbourne market or the Melboure Zoo. There are electric bikes available for hire downstairs which enables you to zoom around the city area, or you can simply walk to St Kilda Road in 10min to catch a tram in many directions into suburban areas.
Free parking is provided for 1 car within the building - an extremely rare commodity given city carpark are usually priced at more than $15 p/hr!
