1 lockable private bedroom in a quiet, cosy Munich terraced house on the outskirts of the city. The furniture is in a bourgeois style, very typically German. You live here like a local resident. The house is close to the S-Bahn S7. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city centre. Double bed size is 180 cm × 200 cm. No smoking allowed on the entire property. We also issue the landlord's certificate. Das Zimmer ist mit einem schönen Balkon. Mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer, und Esszimmer.

Absolutely good place to stay. Very delicate house and good neighbours. Perfect to stay at.
The house was very comfortable. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to the grocery store and public transportation which made getting around very convenient. The town is very peaceful and had a lot to do per his recommendations. He was also very responsive when needing suggestions. I cannot wait to go back.

Our stay at this Airbnb accommodation was very good. The host was extremely friendly and helpful especially since we were having travel related days on the day of check-in. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive and the furnishings were of high quality, and as is described in the pictures. The spacious room design, and the peace and quietness in the neighborhood contributed to relaxation, while it was well connected to the city centre through public transport. I do recommend thus place!

Jogging to Isar river takes about 5 min. The river forms a lovely biotope and park. Another great park is “Forstenrieder Park”, which is a forest and just 10 min from our home by bicycle. You can observe there birds, boars and deers. We have 3 great food places for takeaway nearby: Vietnamese, Bavarian and Turkish. Across the street there is a cosy bistro called Barocco. The owner is a nice fellow and we like each other a lot. Alex serves drinks and small food plates. Beside this we have 4 Italian, 1 Indian and 1 Bavarian restaurant close by.
We also have 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, 3 banks, 1 pharmacy and many different doctors very close by. We can pick you up on arrival from the S7 commuter train at Solln station. We can then show you around.
We are on the outskirts of the city, have a lot of nature, but are also quickly in the city with the S-Bahn. There are also cars, bikes and scooters nearby that you can rent spontaneously via app. It is only a 3-minute walk to the S7 train station Großhesselohe. The S-Bahn takes 13 minutes to Munich central station. Bus stop is only 8 minutes away. A short bus ride takes you to the U3 Obersendling U-Bahn connection.

Es ist immer toll, eine neue Stadt oder ein neues Land mit anderen Menschen kennenlernen zu dürfen. Es öffnet sehr die Einstellung zum Leben. So ist für mich Rassismus unverständlich. Ich bin pazifistisch eingestellt, denn Konflikte kann man immer mit Diplomatie lösen. Neben meinem Beruf bin ich sozial engagiert als Judotrainer und als Freiwilliger für Stammzellentransporte von Leukämiepatienten. In der Freizeit gehe ich gerne wandern, Rad fahren, schwimmen und mache Judo. Gerne würde ich wieder mehr Basketball spielen. Beruflich bin ich Softwareingenieur und programmiere sehr gerne Handelssysteme in der Programmiersprache Java. English: My friends call me a cheerful nature. I love to travel. It is always amazing to visit a new city or a new country. It is also great getting known other people there. It opens the point of view to life a lot. Therefore I do not like racism. I am pacifistic; conflicts can be always solved diplomatically. Beside my job I am engaged as a Judo coach and I am volunteering for stem cell transports for leukaemia patients. In my free time I like hiking, cycling, swimming and Judo. I also would like to play more Basketball again. My job is software engineering, so I program automatic trading systems in the programming language Java.
