Very convenient location near Boone, Blowing Rock, and Blue Ridge parkway. Place had plenty of room for our group of seven with a dog. Great spaces for groups, outside, downstairs, and upstairs. Had several very nice touches, like the coffee bar, two refrigerators, and things to do. We enjoyed our time there! Lisa was an excellent host.

we had such a great time at Lisa's place. The home was very clean and had so much to do. Lisa was very communicative before, during and after our stay. We highly recommend staying here and will be back in the future.

Very comfortable clean spacious house, with modern bathrooms and fixtures. Very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. Lots of great communal options as well as privacy across 3 levels. It is right next to the highway, but you can't hear it, and there are still nice views.

This house is a great layout for bigger groups. The design is awesome. They had so many extras that made the stay special as well: fun selfies in the phone booth, outside fireplace and TV, hot tub was awesome. We were able to meet the owner and he was so kind and runs a good business. Lisa was so accommodating with us as we had to change our plans several times. The house does have little quirks from remodeling like others have said but they didn’t bother us, they’re small design issues from remodeling an old home. Overall it’s a lovely remodel with fun extras and great spaces for large groups. Highly recommend and we’d love to come back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had to wait an hour past checkin to get inside- and then had to help the cleaners with a few different tasks. There was broken glass outside, and a mountain of trash left over in the bottom hangout area. The basement door would not lock, and the hot tub was RANCID! We were only there for 2 nights and couldn’t use it the first night. They did send someone out to fix it (as they should have done before we even got there) They also had firewood in the fireplace and did not mention ANYWHERE in the listing or digital guidebook that the fireplace was capped at the top. We lit the fire and the house filled with smoke. Extremely dangerous as we had 2 asthmatic and small children in the house. Through all of this the host was extremely inconsiderate and took no accountability.
