At 1700 metres above sea level, Hochkrimml is the highest village in the Zillertal Arena and is located almost directly on the Gerlos Pass on the border of Salzburg Land with Tyrol in the Zillertal Alps. The snow-sure winter sports area consists of three areas, namely Filzsteinalm, Duxeralm and Silberleiten, and belongs to the municipality of Krimml. You can reach the resort by car and bus. Skiing and cross-country skiing is possible here on the Gerlosplatte right from the front door. From Hochkrimml you can reach the Zillertal Arena directly via a (red) valley run to Königsleiten. Enjoy endless, high-alpine skiing freedom in powder snow!

The house has 250sqm of living space with a large living and dining area with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 gallery rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 guest toilets, sauna, ski boot heating and storage room on the gorßen terrace, balconies on all 3 levels, 2 parking spaces and a free underground parking space, digital TV, free internet access, Wifi, Playstation, Sonos sound system, iron and ironing board, children's high chairs and baby travel cot.
Other facilities:
For ease of shopping, the house is exceptionally well equipped: washing-up liquid, dishwashing soap, tea towels, kitchen rolls, toilet paper, detergent and a wide range of cooking spices are available and do not need to be brought along.
Winter:
What do you want for an unforgettable winter holiday? Ski slopes right outside the door? A snow-sure, versatile ski area with up to 2,300 metres of altitude? Cross-country ski trails right on the doorstep? A sunny terrace where you can end the ski day with friends? A cosy fireplace where you can spend cosy hours together in the evening or a sauna where you can relax your body after a day of skiing? Lena's hut offers all this with a lot of living comfort and modern equipment.
Summer:
But also in summer the house offers many possibilities to escape the hectic of everyday life. There is plenty of space on the spacious terrace for barbecuing or relaxing. The view from the terrace directly onto the mountain or from the balconies over the mountains is breathtaking. The area offers many hiking as well as cycling opportunities. The Hohe Tauern National Park, the Krimml Waterfalls, the reservoir and the Spruce Castle are just a few of the many excursion destinations the region has to offer. There are numerous opportunities for families to combine short hiking tours with fantastic playgrounds. Climbing parks, cable cars, swimming and leisure pools, all-weather tobogganing and water rafting - there's something for everyone here.

Pets:
By arrangement, dogs can be brought along for a cleaning fee of 50€.
Bread roll service on site from 1 July to 26 August and during the winter sports season.
