Home was perfect… Exactly what we expected plus some. The host was very accommodating and responsive to any requests or questions. We had a great experience.

The place was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room. We were on a girls trip with 7 ladies. There were plenty of beds, and the common room/kitchen area was wonderful for playing games and watching movies. We did have a power outage for an afternoon (on the whole block), but the host kept us up to date with the repairs. He was always available when we sent messages, and had questions. It’s close to Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas. There are several wonderful restaurants to choose from in the area. The neighborhood has a couple of pools and it’s on beach access, as well. We have made wonderful memories during our trip. We recommend staying here.

The house in Windmark was perfectly clean and well stocked for our two families (each with a young child). The kids loved the bunk bed room, community pool, and the ability to scooter around the neighborhood. There are actually a number of great restaurants in the area as well, so we really didn't cook much even though we had a great kitchen. James is responsive and kind! We were so lucky to book this home at the last minute and really enjoyed our stay. It also allowed us to visit Cape San Blas and Panama City as well.

We loved our stay at windmark beach in port st joe! The house was perfectly clean, location was convenient to ride our rented golf cart around the neighborhood and reach pool and beach access and even shop/restaurant! Our host was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! James was a very responsive and thoughtful host. The home was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, cook our meals, and relax. The location was perfect for easily getting to Windmark beach and Port St Joe. We also enjoyed trips to Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas/the state park. We loved it and hope to be back!
