Hermoso departamento a estrenar a pasos del Mall Parque Arauco, Mall Open Kennedy, Hotel Marriot, Clinica Alemana. Con estacionamiento privado . Calefacción y aire acondicionado.

Beautiful, brand new apartment building. Even better than the photos. Linens and furniture are new and high quality, very comfortable. Safe location, friendly building security. Views from the balcony are unreal! Sunshine and sunsets. Nice amenities, warm indoor pool year-round and adequate gym. Sauna is super nice but you need to make an appointment (on the plus side, you'll have it to yourself for an hour). Food delivery is also super convenient, they have a designated area on the -2 basement level to drop off, and security calls your room. Highly recommend staying here in Santiago.
