super quiet nice neighborhood. host was very friendly, mini fridge was full of sodas and there were tea and plenty of beverages available. the Jacuzzi was amazing and everything was clean and fresh. plates, bowls, utensils, towels, and anything else u may need was available. unfortunately I didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool but there was not even a leaf in the water the pool was extremely well cared for. 10/10 would definitely come back, great for couples.

El alojamiento de Enrique es maravilloso! El lugar esta impecable de limpio, espacioso, la cama comodisima! El patio con la piscina es ideal para relajarse después de un día de visita por Miami. Cerca de Everglades y estupendo para iniciar la ruta hacia Cayo Hueso. El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro. Enrique es encantador! Siempre pendiente de cualquier necesidad, muy detallista, nos encanto charlar un ratito con el. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 200%, si vuelvo por la zona no dudaría en quedarme otra vez aquí! Gracias Enrique!

We had a great stay at Enrique and Catalina's place. The apartment is as described in the listing. We were traveling with our toddler, and the highlight of our stay was the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Enrique is really easy to communicate with, and was really helpful with accommodating some of our needs, like past midnight late checkin. We' ll definitely stay at his place the next time we are in the area.
