The place was extremely clean and well-kept. The check-in involves getting a key a couple of blocks away, but the process was easy enough despite that.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated with a great fully functional modern kitchen and breathtaking views off the private balcony. Nima went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The apartment is located in the heart of the city with many awesome attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Nima's place was perfect for our weekend getaway! Communication was seamless with quick responses to messages. Nima provided very detailed instructions for check in and check out making the whole process smooth and seamless. There is a 24 hour grocery store and italian restaurant that stays open late until 4am within walking distance of the apartment. We frequently visited these two locations throughout our stay. Easy pick up and drop off for your uber/lyft. Also lots of nightlife with bars and nightclubs just minutes away. This place was perfect for a couples getaway! Whenever we are in Toronto we will stay here again;)

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Toronto. Both him and I were very very impressed with Nimas condo. It looks exactly like the pictures very new and modern. place was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Location is also a 5 star, you literally seconds from.. the Cn tower, Ripley Aquarium, the Jays stadium and so very much more places to eat or just grab a snack are literally seconds away. Starbucks is basically located right in the lower part of the building. I didn't even get to mention the view! wow! your veranda is literally facing the Cn tower that's your view. If this place happens to available for when your looking to travel to Toronto, literally look no further. Worth every penny. I will definitely be returning and staying again with Nimas condo.

Great stay, place is much nicer than pictures. Everything you require is at the airbnb and walkable to most happening locations.
