What a great find! Home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood with views of the mountains all around. The backyard is a fueling station for a variety of different birds and butterflies. The property is a smart set up with separate wings. There were guests in the adjacent wing that we saw at check-in in the large, shared driveway but we never heard them. All the furnishings and decor are done with a nod to nature and wildlife. There are a lot of cute details throughout the unit. The bathroom has two sinks and two showerheads; full kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of bedding and towels, etc. The bedroom and living/dining room are very spacious with plenty of seating options and room to move about. Lynda was very interactive and helpful in getting the property available a little earlier and pointing us toward Ash Canyon, etc for the birds. She also has a nice binder inside the home with recommendations and there are LOTS of birding books!

Highly recommend this airbnb! It’s the cleanest place I have ever stayed in! It is a great location, near all the places we wanted to go. Lynda communicated in a timely way and was so accommodating with some issues we had. She was very welcoming and helpful. It was a great stay all around.

Good value; excellent location for birders, roomy, well-appointed, clean, complimentary passes for Ramsey Canyon was an added bonus.

We rented both of Lynda’s adjoining units for five nights to enjoy the many great birding locations during migration season. The favorite sites were within ~15 minutes of Lynda’s place. The arrangement was ideal for amazing sunset views from the well appointed outdoor space. The two units are very clean and look very new with high-end appliances. Major shopping for groceries and any other needs are 10-15 minutes in Sierra Vista. Our stay was a reunion with our son and daughter in law and the multiple bird sightings surpassed our expectations. We each had independent living units with common outdoor spaces for our visit. Thanks, Lynda, for providing this perfect place for our stay!
