This amazing lake house on an ESPN Bass Fishing lake has all the Amenities needed to unplug and unwind from the daily grind. Come hang out and relax on deck overlooking lake or sit by a fire pit and share a fishing story. This home is close to local Boat launch, shopping, dinning, gas stations and more. This home has shared backyard, fire pit, parking and lake access with the other vacation rentals onsite.

My wife, our 2 dogs, and myself had a very pleasant time staying at Nicole’s. It was a great location to travel into Dayton to visit my parents for the holidays. We were lucky enough to have Nicole staying next door during our stay, and had very nice and proactive communication and helpful.
Sweet little cottage! We were visiting family in the RV park and it was just as close as Nicole told me! She was easy to work with and extremely friendly. Will definitely come back if we are in the area!
Nicole was the most responsive and helpful host I have ever had. Within minutes she brought over an air mattress to our place. Excellent host and place!!
Nicole is a lovely person. She allowed us to have our cats and was very sweet and accommodating!! I am already seriously missing the lake!! So peaceful listening to the lake at night! Also you are very close to downtown historic Dayton. We enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you Nicole!!!!
