My family had a great stay at Jo's; it was very comfortable, well equipped and handy to us. Jo was very responsive and the house felt very welcoming.

This was a lovely stay and even nicer than anticipated! There were lovely treats in the fridge for us which was so nice! The location is great. The design of the house around a little deck area makes it feel both inside/outside and very light filled.

A fantastic find. Best Airbnb I have stayed in to date. The perfect location in central Wellington. The cottage was immaculate and beautifully presented. Fresh flowers and extras in the fridge was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend. Thank you Jo ❤️

We travelled from the UK to attend a wedding in central Wellington,but specifically chose to stay out of town at Oriental beach and we are very glad we did! Jo is a fantastic host,providing us with tea/coffee/milk supplies and made us feel at home.She is very responsive to messages and was very kind and accommodating for a late check out. The house is newly decorated and has everything you could want.Four of us stayed and there was enough room for everyone. The beds were VERY comfortable. I spent most of my time on the deck.The deck had a great view down the street to the sea and beach which are less than a minute away. There’s a small shop for bits and pieces which sells great ice cream and we visited Beach Babylon (both within a 3 minute walk) for breakfast and lunch and were very pleased. Wellington was a 15 minute walk away,but there are buses if you don’t fancy walking. If you are deliberating whether to stay,don’t. It is amazing and you won’t regret it!

Jo's place was perfect for our final four nights in NZ. After travelling all over the countryside, it was nice to put down roots and explore Wellington.
