Overall, we enjoyed the house. The host was generous, leaving a bottle of tequila and wine for guests, the house was clean and the backyard space was beautiful. A couple of things for the host and/or Evolve: 1) Need better instructions for how the AC works. Guests need to know there's a master control by the top of the stairway, otherwise, it doesn't work 2) There are no grill tools for the grill. We had a bbq one night and the host directed us to kitchen tongs and spatulas which would risk burning your arm if you used them for a propane grill 3) We had a few questions along the way (where are extra towels? for example) and I inquired through Evolve and didn't get a response. The host was very responsive. 4) the guest instructions book should include more details about the house to avoid guests having to communicate with the host - like the AC directions, clean-up rules, alarms (which went off when we opened one of the doors).
