NO PARTIES/EVENTS This apartment has plenty of space and sunlight. Great place for couples, families or those who are combining travel with work. High speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, Washer & Dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Once you walk in you'll be treated to tons of lighting. The kitchen area is perfect for fixing up a quick meal before going on your adventures in the city or cooking up a feast for the whole family! Once you're done eating, our memory foam mattresses will cradle you as you rest like a new born baby. Just a couple of blocks away there is a huge, beautiful park complete with all sort of activities; baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, running trails, dog parks, Cherry Blossom trees, slopes for sledding (kids), a large lake with restaurant. Further down the block you come to JFK Blvd east a road along the cliffside that boasts fantastic views of the NYC skyline and easy access to NYC by express Buses that run every couple of minutes. This town is one of the most desired in the proximity of New York City. Not far from the apartment there is an exquisite view of New York City skyline and the Hudson River. The commute by bus to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 20-30 minutes. Only a 1-minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop into Manhattan. There is a ferry that can also be used to go to Manhattan. We are also very close to Hoboken and Jersey City which are very well known for their delicious restaurants with spectacular Hudson River views.

The house is in pretty good shape. Well decorated. It’s about 30 minutes to NYC and 20mins to American Dream theme park. There is even a bus line 159 to NYC. The bus station is only a 5 minutes walk to the house. There is a mid-sized grocery store nearby. We purchased a weekly pass for parking around town. Parking is neither too easy nor too hard. We could use a good full roll of paper towel in the kitchen. No ladle found in kitchen. Both sinks in the bathroom seem pretty slow when draining, especially with soap bubbles. We lived at the 1st floor. People on the 2nd floor were terribly noisy and inconsiderate. They came back way past midnight and woke us all up with their heavy stomping and loud/drunken laughters for 2 nights of our stay.

Ben was great! We were in a bit of a situation with another AirBnb and at 11:30PM I messaged him for a last minute booking and he responded right away and made us feel welcome. I really appreciate you! The place was perfect and I wish we found it sooner so we could have stayed there for the weekend instead. **NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOST** One thing to keep in mind about this area is that parking is a nightmare. The city has strict parking rules and filling out the online form is ridiculous. Be prepared to spend 20-30min entering info, then hopefully you can find a parking spot on a street close by (Not on the main strip). After about 30min driving up and down the one-way streets, I finally found a spot 2 blocks away. Costs $10/Day. Other than that, the area is really nice. Right next to a main strip with TONS of restaurants, Bars, Stores, etc. so everything is within walking distance if you don’t want to lose your parking spot. Thanks again, Ben!
