Great location, walking distance to main attractions of the city. Clean and nice size apartment. Building secure and clean.

Acceptable for a weekend away in Melbournes CBD (because we’re rarely inside the building). Great location with nice views, providing decent and basic ammenities. Notable: - Management did not respond to any queries. When asking security or reception for baggage holding, there was no helpful response. My plane landed at 12am and I was supposed to tailgate someone in order to enter the building (as per host instructions). Minimal people were moving in and out of the building at that time and when asking for an alternative plan, there was no response from Ken (host). - Lockbox was also difficult to open inside mailbox - Lifts were always full and took too long to go up or down the building.

If you fancy getting in your knees to actually find the lockbox then getting a torch to see the numbers then this is the apartment for you ! There was no mention of a previous flood - as the lift doors opened we were greeted with ripped up carpets and huge flood dehumidifiers making so much noise. It was late in the evening so we had to stay … no sleep as it was so noisy due to the flood machines. Decided to move the next day .. was happy to pay for the night but not the cleaning as I would have never have booked the apartment had I known about the flood dehumidifiers. It is false advertising but they have got away with it. Airbnb say they cannot do anything to help me re the money I have lost. I even cleaned the flat. If I was you I would never book with Nest-Apartments - and they have a lot of apartments over Melbourne!!
