Simple room nothing fancy. This room is attached our house. You have separate entrance. Private bathroom. BUT the door are Translucent glass door. With a curtain You might see the lights through our kitchen and you can hear the sound if we are in the kitchen. NOT sound proof! sofa bed ONLY with memory foam. Only good for guest for short stay! If you are light sleeper, picky person, looking for luxury and cheap place. Definitely NOT US! No smoking. No visitors. No drinker.
