Had family come in to town for a wedding. This location was PERFECT for family members and access to all the events. Great location and amenities.

West Boise - Bordering Eagle Road/Meridian is a laid-back residential and commercial neighborhood. It’s popular for shopping at the upscale boutiques in the open-air Village at Meridian complex, which also contains a movie theater, casual bars and eateries, and a bowling alley. Sprawling Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park features an amphitheater, a splash pad, and fishing ponds, plus peaceful walking and cycling paths.
Eagle is an easy 10 minute drive. In Eagle, you find the Boise River spans the full length of Eagle providing gorgeous views, nature preserves, and miles of walking and biking paths on the Greenbelt. The foothills provide a beautiful backdrop to the North. Downtown Eagle offers boutique shops, amazing restaurants, farmers market, and parks. Enjoy fly fishing on the Boise River, golfing on one of the four courses in Eagle, and mountain biking on our world-class bike park with more than 250 acres of trails and a BMX track.
Boise downtown has a vibrant dining and nightlife. Downtown Boise & the North end are popular areas to visit. The greenbelt has miles of biking and walking trails along the river as well as the Boise Zoo, Esther Simplot Park, Idaho Shakesphere Festival and Warm Springs golf course all along the banks of the Boise River that flows through the city. Watch a Boise State game, rent a bicycle or hike Table Rock. There is tons to do within 15 min of the property.
The property is centrally located in a residential neighborhood near to Eagle Road and The Village Meridian. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within 1-2 miles of the house. Transportation could be accomplished by Uber or other transportation, but a car is recommended. Approx. .7 miles to Albertsons & Maverick convenience store. Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access; Sun Valley approx. 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks. 45 min to Hagerman. Boise Airport (18 min.) Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mtn biking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing and rock climbing all within 20-45 min of the home.
