The cottage is one bedroom with a queen size bed , bathroom , full kitchen with a dining room table for 2 , living area with a large outdoor patio which has an outdoor dining table and gril to enjoy outdoor patio. The cottage has Split AC ductless units in living room and bedroom. The cottage is located on the side of the main home of the owners. The cottage has a separate gate entrance and access. This location is quiet as it’s in a residential community with lots of greenery around. It’s Perfect for a quiet getaway. The Beach on the Eastern end of the island is quiet beautiful and a few mins drive. Downtown Nassau is about 15 mins drive. Paradise Island is 13 mins drive. The cottage is 3 mins drive from small shopping plaza with supermarket, pharmacy, pizza place , liquor store and a few other stores. The airport is approximately 30 minutes drive to the cottage. A car is recommended to easily commute and get your site-seeing going.
