This place is small but cute, clean, and functional. Vedi met us in person and allowed us to check in early, which was a huge convenience. The building is very nice and has a rooftop patio and pool. The location worked well for us given that this place filled a two-night gap in our housing situation. We had already been in Lima for six weeks and knew our way around the city well. If it's your first time in Lima then just be aware that the location is farther from many of the things you'll want to see and do than some other areas. There's a Metropolitano stop right outside which is useful to go certain places and it's about a 25-30 minute walk from Parque Kennedy. However, there aren't nearly as many services as in some other parts of Miraflores or other neighborhoods. Being next to the Via Expresa means there's a bit of noise but it tends to be the background hum of traffic. We moved from a place that had MUCH more traffic noise because of the constant start and stop of cars, motorcycles, the sound of horns, etc. Lima is not a quiet city but I'd say this is a middle ground between some of the quietest places you might find and some of the noisier ones.

Apartment was immaculate when we got there and the front desk eventually got the keys to us when we showed up after midnight. Clean building, secure. Disappointed about the maintenance, communication and services not provided.
