Located near the Town Hall & the Police Department, this charming 2-bedroom ground floor condo is a clean, safe, family-friendly coastal vacation environment! Only 1.5 blocks to the beach, 1 block to beautiful bayside dining, and 5 blocks from downtown Dewey. Fully furnished with 2 queen beds, comfortable sleeper sofa, full bath, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, clean bed sheets & towels, fast WiFi, beach chairs & more. The 2 bedrooms in this charming ground floor condominium each contain comfortable queen beds, large dressers and vanities, windows with blinds and blackout curtains, bedroom fans, dual-bedside nightstands, and plenty of mirrors. The condo is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and the beds will be made with clean bedsheets and clean shower towels, hand towels, and washcloths will be laid out on top. The living area features a large, cloth, L-shaped sleeper sofa containing a comfortable mattress (5" spring in a sleeper!), raisable coffee table, and a flat screen LG HDTV equipped with a Roku Ultra + voice remote, and free high-speed Wi-Fi for fast streaming. The fully stocked kitchen has GE brand major appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, range oven), toaster, electric water kettle, Keurig Cafe, and a Cuisinart drip coffee maker with filters and coffee grounds provided. The full bath features a shower with bathtub, guest shelving, hair dryer with attachments, and a First Aid Kit. All essentials (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, Brita drinking water, dishware, pots/pans, silverware, glassware, tumblers, cooking accessories, Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, beach cooler bag, beach games + accessories, etc) are included for your use all at no additional charge. (If you don't mind, just bring your own sunscreen and beach towels!) Two Dewey Beach Street Parking passes are provided at no charge, which you can hang from your vehicle to park for free in any Town Street Parking spot during your stay. (Please return the passes to the desk before your departure). The outdoor patio/common area is a Shared Space amongst the 6 condo units in the HOA. My condo is part of the Bay View Condominium Association, and we maintain a family friendly atmosphere - please refrain from hosting parties/events, smoking/vaping anywhere on the complex (including the outdoor patio area) and playing loud music/making excessive noise. The Max Occupancy per Town regulations is 6 persons at all times. Please do not invite over additional guests not in your booking group. Please rinse off sandy feet with the hose alongside the building after a trip to the beach, keep voices down while entering the building hallway, and store personal items inside the condo unit (as opposed to the hallway or outdoor patio area).
